The first step

Where do You usually eat? It's important to have a place dedicated to each habit, because they are cues for the mind. If You keep food within the dining room, and only sit at the table when You eat, the cues in Your mind will be neatly organized, hence craving food less often!👍

Place Matters🏡

Your body needs energy! ⚡Not eating enough will result in Your body constantly asking for food! 🤸 It's ideal to set an eating schedule 📋- A larger breakfast 🍳 - A moderate lunch🍝- A light dinner🥪TIPP: Have a savory breakfast to prevent sugar spikes, and eat Your meals at the same time each day😄 Avoid eating too late. So You can properly be hungry in the morning🥣

Your Body🏋️

Insufficient water intake increases cravings. Aim for 2L of water everyday. Drink plenty of water between meals (or any fluids suitable for hydration of course!) TIPP: on every craving, drink some water instead. And see if You still want food or not. Be open to both options🤝 TIPP: stop drinking water 30minutes before meals, and start drinking again 1 hour after finishing them, so You don't delute the hydrochloride acid in Your stomach, which is crucial for digestion.

Thirst🚰

- sufficent sleep - enough movement- enoguh quality food at meals- social interactions - working on something - alone time These are all needed. A good mood = less cravings🎉

Mood Regulation

Opt for natural, whole foods which really give You energy, unlike sugar. Try to include as much veggies as possible, and limit added sugar. TIPP: In some recipes, You can use a mashed banana to sweeten Your desserts or sweet meals, like oatmeal. 80

Diet🥦

Especially with ADHD, it's a real fight not to go to the pantry whenever our minds are unoccupied. Have long term goals, hobbies, go outside! Again, it's best to do these activities far from the dining room, so Your mind can be free from food.

Put it in a box. Only take it out when You need it. Put it back immediately after being done using it.

Get Rid Of The Temptation

Put apps that make You doom scroll in a folder, and move that from Your home screen, and instead fill that with useful, needed apps.

Block the notifications from unimportant apps. And turn on the sound on Your phone, so You don't miss any actual important call or message.

When You have an idea that needs reseaeching, write it down on paper, and scheduale it in Your break, free time to check it out.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

You can’t be grateful and anxious at the same time. These two are handled by the same part of your brain: amygdala, and can only hold one at a time.

Neuroplasticity

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Romans 12:2

The brain is like plastic: we can form it and train it any way we want.Everytime we feel, do, or think something, a new pathway is formed. The more we do it, the more often the brain will chose it again. This is called a habit.

If we wake up everyday filling our minds with negative thoughts, the brain will believe it. Not because it’s true, but because the brain is getting influenced by it.Hence if you believe you are going to have a bad day, you will have one.

Renew your mind. You are loved by God, always will be. Weather you are a believer or not.Think about positive things, believe positive things. And they will come. The more you practice positivity, the easier it will be for your brain to chose that way. It’s not a one time activity.

What To Do?

The Lord, Jesus Christ, payed a price for us. He wore a crown of thorns so we can have mental clarity.He loves you, always will. A simple prayer is where you talk about whatever is on your heart. God listens. Always will.

Maybe there is one thing that if you got, had, would be different, you would be willing to start. What is it?

Journal. Start it with a session of writing about your situation, feelings before any of the work. Facing something this way makes you aware of your abstract emotions, making it easier to find a solution and solve it, starting what you want to avoid.

Procastination due to emotional distress 

Life is less about finding and more about seeking.

If we found everything at once, what would we be curious about? If finding would be easy, what would motivate us to keep going?

Many times when we seek, the process itself is what we find, not the end when we finish seeking something.When we seek we go on a little journey. The journey is about the way. Exploring, seeing new site, or just seeing the same old things in another way.

When we seek, we are willing to leave our comfort zones. When we seek, we go with the expectation to find. Not at the end, something big, something flashy. It’s more in the details. Carefully hidden. Maybe it’s in the way our thinking has shifted. The thoughts we had during the times we spent on the matter. Maybe a little something we barely noticed because it’s so casual.

Life is beautiful. If you feel like you don’t find anything interesting, try to search in the things you already have,

Seeking

Before you start teaching, it’s essential to know one thing: You have to prepare to teach.You may have a diploma, know what materials you need to be familiar with, have decent communication skills, etc. But you must understand there is a difference between being a teacher because you have a diploma, and being a teacher, because many gets inspired by your lessons, learn new things and leave the classroom feeling prepared.In other words:A teacher with diploma fulfills the reqirement of the education system.A teacher who teaches puts the students as priority.

Understand

Before you start teaching, you must know about learning. How do students learn? In many ways.Hence:<ul><li>many times some students will perfectly understand the material, while some won’t have a clue at all.</li></ul> They all attended all your classes, payed attention just the same way, prepared, yet they have different results. You have to understand different learning styles. You have to be patient, do research and prepare. Cajun Koi Academy on youtube has many great videos about it.

What to do?

Exam: Should test a student’s knowledge. Not what they memorized, but what they understood with their own way of thinking, and words.<ol><li>Put together the exam.</li></ol>First put together everything you want to include in the chapter. Make sure it is done in a frame: has everything from beginning to end.Then plan your lessons according to what you want in the exam, not the other way around. Many teachers mess up this. They abstractly, with no plan start to give lessons, and expect students to have a correct big picture from the many different little pieces. Without structure, it won’t make sense.

How To Organize Materials For An Exam

Don’t put too much material in one exam. The less, is the better. Easier to learn, understand, and will lead to better grades.
Max. 3 lessons should be able to inclue everything for the exam. If it was not enough, you should part the materials and rather have two smaller exams.

It’s best to keep things as simple as possible

Whatever topic you teach, make sure it’s easy to follow on, and spot the connection between ideas. Think about it: as a student what questions would you have after reading your presentation?
don’t mention unnecessary information.
when you mention information, don’t use synonyms. Use the exact same words. The more they hear it, the more likely they will remember it. When you use a synonym, as fresh information they might mistake it for a completely different thing.

Use keywords, colors and and chop it up to small portions

Color code everything: Title, information, etc. And stick to it. 
It will be much easier to understand and remember.
